2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products with broken or tampered seals
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Requests made after the return request period

3. Return Request Process

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Replacement items will be shipped at no additional cost after verification.
